定向钢纤维混凝土中的钢纤维分布X-ray CT分析

摘要:为分析定向钢纤维混凝土中钢纤维的分布,通过X-CT扫描原位测试确定了混凝土中所有钢纤维的空间位置坐标,根据钢纤维空间坐标,分析计算钢纤维的角度分布及纤维方向效应系数。结果表明,定向钢纤维混凝土中,与设计的目标方向夹角<30°的钢纤维根数占总数量的比例达85%,定向钢纤维的定向效果较好;定向钢纤维混凝土中纤维方向效应系数增加25%,增强效率显著提高。

Analysis of the distribution of steel fiber in aligned steel fiber reinforced concrete using digital X-ray CT scanning

Abstract: In order to investigate the distribution of the steel fibers in aligned steel fiber reinforced concrete, the positions of steel fibers were detected using X-ray CT scanning non-destructively and the space coordinates of all steel fibers in concrete were obtained. Based on the coordinates, the orientation distribution, orientation coefficient could be determined easily. The results show that for 85% of steel fibers, the angle between the real orientation and the aim direction is less than  30°, which means that the steel fibers have been effectively aligned. Compared to that in normal steel fiber reinforced concrete, the orientation coefficient of aligned steel fibers increases by 25%, resulting in improving the reinforcing efficiency of fibers significantly.
