摘要:为研究晶界添加MgO对磁体(PrNd)30Gd3Al0.8B1.03Fe磁性能的影响,通过球磨混粉方式将其引入到烧结Nd-Fe-B晶界,利用扫描电镜分析磁体的显微组织。观察发现适量地添加MgO可以优化磁体显微结构,提高剩磁,矫顽力和最大磁能积,在当前实验条件下,加入0.2%的MgO磁体的磁性能最佳。

Effect of MgO added in grain-boundary on magnetic properties of (PrNd)30Gd3Al0.8B1.03Fesintered magnet

Abstract: Grain-boundary with MgO powder was studied in this paper. MgO was introduced into the sintering Nd-Fe-B grain-boundary,which was expected to improve the magnetic properties of the Nd-Fe-B magnets by changing the microstructure grain-boundary. By scanning electron microscopy (SEM), the influence of MgO powder addition on the magnet grain- boundary and the main crystal phase was studied. By energy spectrum analysis, the distribution of the additives on the grain-boundary was investigated. Research results show that the proper addition of MgO powder did raise the magnetic of (PrNd)30Gd3Al0.8B1.03Fe., and the magnetic properties was the best with 0.2% of MgO.
