基于明暗场成像的小型化双模显微镜设计

   在污染严重导致疾病高发的经济落后地区,为克服现场快速检测与性能协调并存的仪器紧缺问题,本文将低成本与小型化作为重要指标,结合光学成像模式中最常见的明场与暗场成像,设计一款小型化双模显微镜,用于细胞与组织的观察。为有效降低成本与缩小体积,机械结构均由自主设计,并采用SLA光固化3D打印技术制作,最终经计算核实,总体成本在1300元,设备尺寸为8 cm×8 cm×15 cm;本设计创新性的摒弃了传统显微镜中体积庞大的垂直调焦系统,采用调焦环进行焦距调节。最终实验测试表明,在10倍物镜下的系统分辨率达到了2.19 µm,自主设计配套软件,在简化系统操作流程的同时,实现网络相机各项参数的集成调节,最大限度保证图像采集的质量。

Abstract  In the economically backward areas, serious pollution leads to high incidence of diseases. In order to overcome the shortage of instruments for on-site rapid detection and coordination of performance, in this paper, cost and miniaturization are taken as important indicators, and a miniaturized dual-mode microscope is designed to observe cells and tissues by combining the common bright and dark field imaging in optical imaging mode. In order to effectively reduce the cost and the volume, the mechanical structure is independently designed and made by SLA light curing 3D printing technology. In addition, it innovatively abandons the large vertical focusing in the traditional microscope and adopts the focusing ring to adjust the focal length. The self-designed supporting software can not only simplify the complicated operation of the system, but also directly adjust the parameters of the network camera, so that the imaging quality can be guaranteed to the maximum.
