摘  要 本文合成了一系列不同组分的10 nm铁氧体纳米颗粒,并采用一种简单的实验模型装置,模拟纳米颗粒在生物医用过程中所遇到不同酸度的微环境,研究不同组分铁氧体纳米颗粒与其作用过程中的离子释放行为。结果表明,对于不同组分的铁氧体纳米颗粒,镍、锌、钴铁氧体都能够选择性地释放出相应的Ni2+、Zn2+、Co2+离子且释放在3 h后达到平衡;在pH 4.8时三种铁氧体纳米颗粒金属离子释放量高于pH 7.4。

Selective ion release from composition-dependent ferrite nanoparticles

Abstract   In this work, we report a synthesis of 10 nm nanoparticle ferrites with different compositions and their ion release behaviors under the interaction with biomedical microenvironment of different acidity by designing a simple experimental model.  The experimental results showed that the synthesized NiFe2O4, ZnFe2O4 and CoFe2O4 ferrites can selectively release their Ni2+, Zn2+ and Co2+, and the released amount reached a balance after 3h. When the pH value of the simulated biomedical microenvironment was 4.8, the released amounts of metallic ions for the three ferrites were higher than those of 7.4 pH value.
