不同处理条件下几种松树花粉的扫描电镜观察

摘 要  以油松、马尾松和巴山松3种松树的气囊型花粉为材料,以直接晾干和常规生物电镜样品制备两种方法做处理,对以上3种气囊型花粉进行了两种不同处理后的扫描电镜观察,并对两种不同处理的效果进行了分析,以期对相关的科研工作者和电镜工作者提供一些有价值的信息。

Characterization of several pinus species pollens via different treatments by SEM

Abstract  Morphological characteristics of the saccate pollens of P. tabulaeformis Carr, P. massoniana Lamb, P. henryi Mast were examined by scanning electron microscope (SEM) by using two different preparation techniques of SEM samples, i.e. drying directly and conventional method. The effect of two different treatments was also analyzed. This study provides some useful information for related science researchers and electron microscopy workers.
