冷轧Ag带再结晶织构转变的准原位EBSD研究

摘要:本研究采用准原位退火电子背散射衍射(EBSD)技术,对冷轧Ag带材在再结晶退火转变过程中的显微组织及织构演变过程进行了研究。冷轧Ag带材中存在较强的黄铜取向B{110}<211>;在退火过程中,B取向晶粒优先长大,最终在组织中形成很强的{110}<211>织构。

Research on the recrystallization texture evolution in rolled Ag by quasi-situ EBSD

AbstractIn this study,electron backscatter diffraction (EBSD) technique was used to investigate the texture and microstructure evolution in rolled Ag tape by quasi-situ annealing method. The strongest orientation in cold-rolled Ag is the brass orientation B {110}<211>. During the process of recrystallization annealing, the grains in such orientation priority grow up and hence strong {110}<211> texture forms.
