 成分分析在确定多元系合金物相中的作用

摘要:以Cu-Ti活性钎料焊接的Al2O3/碳钢为例,说明对多元系合金、尤其是不同材料结合的界面进行物相分析时,不仅要用X射线衍射、电子衍射技术,而且要配以成分分析才能得到正确的结果。本实验用75Cu-25Ti钎料对Al2O3陶瓷/碳钢实施钎焊,钎焊温度1050℃、保温时间30min,通过TEM、XRD、SAED、EDS对界面进行综合分析,确定界面新生相主要为Ti4Fe2O相。

The role of composition analysis in the determination of phases in multi-nary alloys

Abstract: It was illustrated that the right phase structures could be determined not only by XRD (X-ray Diffraction) and ED (Electron Diffraction), but also by the corresponding composition analysis for the multi-component system alloys, and the heterogeneous interface. The interface of Cu-Ti active solder welding Al2O3/carbon steel was an example. In this paper, the Al2O3 ceramic and carbon steel was brazed using 75Cu-25Ti solder at the temperature of 1050 for holding 30 minutes. The new formed phase in the interface was determined to mainly Ti4Fe2O phase, by virtue of TEM (Transmission Electron Microscopy), XRD, SAED (Selected Area Electron Diffraction), and EDS (Energy Dispersive Spectroscopy).
