   本文介绍了一款新型的阶梯式电镜标本包埋板,此包埋板具有独特的阶梯式设计,如应用于肾活检电镜标本的制备,较传统方法能节省环氧树脂和修块刀片的消耗量,且节约了修块、定位和半薄切片所需的时间。此包埋板成本低,操作简便,是高效的电镜标本包埋工具,为肾活检病理诊断提供有力支撑。此包埋板同样适用于其它组织、器官临床穿刺类标本和科研生物电镜标本的包埋。

Abstract   This paper introduces a new type of stepped electron microscope specimen embedding plate. The embedding plate has a unique stepped design. If it is used in the preparation of kidney biopsy electron microscope specimens, it can save the consumption of epoxy resin and trimmingblades comparing with traditional methods. It also saves time required for trimming, positioning and semi-thin sectioning. The embedding plate has the advantages of low cost and simple operation, and it is an efficient tool for embedding electron microscope specimens, which provides a strong support for pathological diagnosis of renal biopsy. The embedding plate is also suitable for embedding clinical puncture specimens of other tissues and organs as well as scientific research bio-electron microscope specimens.
