Ni-Mo-Cr镍基模型高温合金中热暴露条件对TCP相析出规律的影响

    本文利用扫描电镜和透射电镜,对经过不同条件热暴露实验后的Ni-20Mo-10Cr(at.%)模型合金进行研究,分析析出TCP相的物相类型及元素分布,从而找到TCP相的析出规律。研究结果表明:样品经过900℃/3h热暴露实验后析出μ相,EDS结果表明合金中产生Mo元素的富集,Cr元素并不富集。样品经过800℃/20h+900℃/3h热暴露实验后析出δ相,EDS结果表明合金中产生Mo元素和Cr元素的富集。

Effect of thermal exposure conditions on TCP phase precipitation in Ni-Mo-Cr Model superalloy

Abstract  The Ni-20Mo-10Cr (at. %) model alloy after thermal exposure experiments is studied by scanning electron microscope (SEM) and transmission electron microscope (TEM). The phase types and element distribution of TCP phase are analyzed to show the precipitation law of TCP phase. The results show that μ phase is precipitated after the sample is heated at 900 ℃ for 3 h. The EDS results show that the elemental Mo is enriched in μ phase, but the elemental Cr is not enriched in μ phase. δ phase is precipitated after the heat treatment process of 800 ℃ for 20 h and the succeeding thermal exposure at 900 ℃ for 3 h. Accordingly, EDS results show that Mo and Cr elements are enriched in δ phase.
