    低维磁性异质结复合材料因其界面处存在电荷、自旋、轨道和晶格等相互耦合作用而具有独特新颖的功能特性,被广泛应用于日常生活、民用工业和军事工业的各个领域。它新颖的综合物性与复合材料的微结构息息相关,这很大程度上取决于异质界面结构。因此,在纳米甚至原子尺度上深入探索低维异质结磁性复合材料的界面微观结构与宏观物性之间的构效关系,阐明低维异质结磁性复合材料的磁相互作用机制和磁性调控机理,能够为该类材料的设计开发、定向优化和实际应用提供实验和理论依据。本文简要介绍低维磁性异质结复合材料的制备、电镜表征及化学物理特性方面的研究进展,主要包括:铁磁/非磁性金属、非磁性金属/磁性氧化物、铁磁性/反铁磁性氧化物、铁磁性金属/碳材料、铁磁性氧化物/碳材料等。最后,对低维异质结磁性复合材料的未来发展趋势进行了展望,并在基础研究方面提出了一些建议。

Abstract   Low-dimensional magnetic heterojunction composite materials have unique and novel functional characteristics due to the interaction of charges, spins, orbits and lattices at the interface, and are widely used in various fields of daily life, civil industry and military industry.Its novel comprehensive physical properties are closely related to the microstructure of the composite material, which largely depends on the heterogeneous interface structure.Therefore, in-depth exploration of the structure-activity relationship between the interface microstructure and macroscopic physical properties of low-dimensional heterojunction magnetic composites at the nanometer and even atomic scales, and elucidating the magnetic interaction mechanism and magnetic regulation mechanism of low-dimensional heterojunction magnetic composites can provide experimental and theoretical basis for the design and development, directional optimization and practical application of this type of material.This article briefly introduces the research progress of low-dimensional magnetic heterojunction composite materials preparation, electron microscopy characterization and chemical and physical properties, including: ferromagnetic/nonmagnetic metal, nonmagnetic metal/magnetic oxide, ferromagnetic/antiferromagnetic oxidation Materials, ferromagnetic metals/carbon materials, ferromagnetic oxides/carbon materials, etc.Finally, the future development trend of low-dimensional heterojunction magnetic composite materials is prospected, and some suggestions in basic research are put forward.
