    铌、钽为稀有金属,同时也是重要的关键金属,具有广泛的用途及重要的战略意义,因此,对国内铌钽矿床的研究是一项十分重要的工作。本文通过电子探针对铌钽矿进行测试。铌钽矿中常含有Ti、Sn、W、Zr等元素类质同象混入物,导致铌钽矿的测试经常受到元素间的干扰,因此本文在定量分析前进行定性分析,选用合适的方法对各元素进行谱线干扰修正,有效避免元素间的干扰,从而得到铌钽矿的准确成份。排除干扰后,通过铌钽矿核边的电子探针数据,可确定元素间的相互关系,对铌钽矿的成矿演化和找矿预测具有重要意义。

Abstract   Niobium and tantalum are rare and important key metals, which can be applied in a wide range of uses and are considered strategic resources. Therefore, the study of Niobium Tantalum Ore in China is a very important work. In this paper, the niobium tantalum ore was tested by EPMA. Niobium tantalum ore often contains isomorphic mixture of Ti, Sn, W, Zr and other elements. As a result, the test of niobium tantalum ore is often interfered by other elements. To solve this, this paper conducted qualitative analysis before quantitative analysis, selecting appropriate methods to correct the spectral line interference of each element, through which effectively avoided the interference between elements and obtained the accurate composition of niobium tantalum ore. After eliminating the interference, the relationship between the elements can be determined by the EPMA data of the core and the edge of niobium tantalum ore, which is of great significance to the metallogenic evolution and prospecting prediction of niobium tantalum ore.
