X65抗酸管线钢氢致开裂的晶体学表征

摘  要 采用电子背散射衍射方法(EBSD)对X65MS抗酸管线钢氢致开裂(HIC)的晶体学特征进行了研究,结果表明,{111}//ND取向晶粒和回复、再结晶晶粒具有良好的抗HIC性能,而{101}//ND取向晶粒和变形晶粒具有较高的HIC裂纹敏感性;此外,低值的局部取向错配角(KAM)和大角度晶界(HAGBs)对HIC裂纹萌生和扩展具有抑制作用,而高值的KAM和小角度晶界(LAGBs)则易于HIC裂纹的萌生和扩展。

Crystallographic characterization of hydrogen induced cracking in an X65MS acid-resistant pipeline steel

Abstract  Crystallographic characterization of hydrogen induced cracking (HIC) in an X65MS acid-resistant pipeline steel was studied by electron backscattered diffraction (EBSD) method. The results show that {111}//ND oriented grains, and recovered and recrystallized grains have excellent HIC resistance, while {101}//ND oriented grains and deformed grains have high HIC cracking sensitivity. In addition, low local Kernel average misorientation (KAM) and high angle grain boundaries (HAGBs) can effectively inhibit the crack propagation of HIC in the X65MS pipeline steel, while the high KAM and LAGBs can easily induce the initiation and propagation of HIC cracks.
