热电子阴极材料LaB6的单晶制备工艺与热发射性能研究

摘 要 采用Al助熔剂法成功制备出高质量LaB6单晶,系统地研究了不同升降温速率对LaB6单晶生长的影响,确定了升降温速率对于LaB6单晶形状及尺寸的调控规律:在100℃/h升温,110℃/h降温速率条件下生长出的针状LaB6单晶比例最大;而在100℃/h升温,90℃/h降温速率条件下生长出的针状LaB6单晶尺寸最大,可达7 mm×0.133 mm×0.133 mm。同时,热电子发射性能测试表明制备的LaB6单晶具有良好的热电子发射性能。

Study on single crystal preparation and thermal emission properties of hot electron cathode material LaB6

Abstract High-quality LaB6 single crystals were successfully prepared by Al cosolvent method. The effects of different heating and cooling rates on the growth of LaB6 single crystals were systematically studied. The regulation of heating and cooling rates on the shapes and sizes of LaB6 single crystal was determined: the needle-shaped LaB6 single crystals which were grown at 100 ℃/h heating rate and 100 ℃/h cooling rate account for the largest proportion; the needle-shaped LaB6 single crystals which were grown at 100 ℃/h heating rate and 90 ℃/h cooling rate have the biggest size, which is up to 7mm×0.133mm×0.133 mm. At the same time, it was verified by the thermal electron emission property test that the prepared LaB6 single crystals have good thermal electron emission performance.
