双马来酰亚胺树脂体系的纳米力学性能

摘 要 采用原位纳米力学测试系统考察了热塑性树脂聚芳醚酮粉末改性双马来酰亚胺树脂基浇注体系的纳米力学性能。研究结果表明:在纳米力学性能试验中,双马树脂基浇注体系的纳米压痕周围出现了明显的沉降现象,当聚芳醚酮粉末含量为10 wt.%时,双马来酰亚胺树脂基浇注体系表现出良好的耐磨性能;表明聚芳醚酮粉末的加入显著提高了复合材料的耐磨性、硬度和弹性模量。

Study on the nanomechanical properties of bismaleimide resin casting system

Abstract  The nano-mechanicalproperties of thermoplastic resin poly (aryl ether ketone) powder modified bismaleimide resin base casting system were studied by the in-situ nanomechanical test system. It has been found that the obvious settlement phenomenon appeared around the nanomechanical indentation of the bismaleimide. Anhui resin base casting system in the nanomechanical property test. The bismaleimide resin base casting system exhibits good wear resistance when the content of poly (aryl ether ketone) powders is 10 wt. %. The wear resistance, hardness and elastic modulus of  the composite were improved with the addition of poly (aryl ether ketone) powders.
