壳聚糖膜和海藻酸钠膜诱导下钙锶对类海水珍珠质仿生合成的研究

摘  要  采用气体扩散法,研究壳聚糖膜和海藻酸钠膜作为诱导模板,钙锶溶液对类珍珠层碳酸钙在膜上矿化影响规律。利用傅里叶红外光谱仪(FT-IR)、X-射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)等对实验结果进行表征。结果表明:以海藻酸钠膜为诱导模板时,更容易诱导碳酸钙晶体的生成,晶体排列更加规则、致密,但主要生成方解石晶体,与劣质珍珠的成分接近,反之,壳聚糖膜更容易诱导文石晶体生成,与优质珍珠的成分相近;当诱导剂不同时,不同钙锶比溶液所诱导的晶体类型、大小、排列方式等也存在差异,当诱导剂相同时,随着加入的钙离子减少,锶离子增多,得到的碳酸钙晶体的尺寸逐渐减小,排列逐渐规则、紧密,且晶体层层堆积的方式与珍珠的结构接近。

Study on biomimetic synthesis of pearl-like seawater by calcium strontium induced by chitosan membrane and sodium alginate membrane

Abstract  The effect of calcium strontium solution on the mineralization of calcium carbonate in pearl-like layer was studied by the gas diffusion method. In the meantime, chitosan membrane and sodium alginate membrane were used as both inducers and templates. The experimental results were characterized by infrared spectrometer (FT-IR), X-ray diffraction (XRD), and scanning electron microscope (SEM). The results show that when sodium alginate membrane is used as inducer and template, the formation of calcium carbonate crystal is easier to be induced, the crystal arrangement is more regular and denser, and the major component is calcite, which is close to the composition of inferior pearl; on the contrary, chitosan membrane is more likely to induce aragonite, which is similar to the composition of superior pearls. When the inducers are different, the types, sizes and arrangement of crystals induced by different calcium-strontium ratio solutions are also different. When the inducer is the same, with the addition of less calcium ions and more strontium ions, the sizes of the produced calcium carbonate crystals gradually decrease and the arrangement becomes more and more regular, and the crystal layers are stacked in a manner close to the structure of the pearl.
